Dear Lenka!
I really enjoyed my ski holiday in Jasna)). Accommodation was good. Location the hotel Sorea SNP relative to ski lifts is comfortable.
Unfortunately the way to the hotel from the last bus stop is a really long, long and annoying way up (about 1 km) and the road was covered in wet dirt, so I really disliked how that was the only possible way to get there with dragging the whole baggage.
I wish you could add another bus stop to the usual route so that travelers wouldn’t have to face such big problems. It is a really big issue!

firstly sorry for the late answer and thank you for your concern. We came back home safely.
Regarding our holiday in Jasna - it was great!
Firstly - the place itself is very nice and secondly -the weather for skiing was also great. The skiing tracks are near the hotel and
the accommodation in Sorea SNP was very good.
Despite that our group arrived much earlier than planned, the staff of the hotel was welcoming and operative - most people of our group received the rooms in one hour. So, I can say that the holiday was greater than expected.

All staff were nice and helpful when I needed any information.
Room was very comfortable and there was good hphousekeeping service.Only downside was lack of showercurtains in bathroom. Otherwise everything was fine.
The best thing I enjoyed the most while staying in your hotel was food. Nice service and tasty meals. Felt like at home.
I can recomend you without hesitation.

We are very happy with our trip to Jasna! Thank you very much for your assistance within this trip preparation! I will recommend your travel agency to all my friends who would like to go to Slovakia in the future! :)
A short feedback below:
Albion's buses met us in time. The buses were comfortable. We had no problems in a border however it took 4 hours to arrive Slovakia and we spent more then 1.5 hours leaving your country.
We are pleased with our staying in SNP. The hotel is located very close to Beliy Put piste which was very convenient for us. Also it let us to ski in a day-time and to use evening skiing as well. New Year celebrating dinner was rather poor. Regular feeding was ok and met everybody's tastes. There was no hairdrier in the rooms, but we had our ones with us. It's a good hotel for economy trip. It's very close to Grand Hotel where the good wellness centre is. Some of our group went to the disco to Druzba, Grand, and Junior hotels which are located very close to SNP as well.
Also we went to Tatralandia aqua-park and to the caves in Zahradki which was very interesting and funny and it was very easy to get there.
We are very grateful to you for your support and assistance, because it allowed us to spend this happy time together with our friends.
Is was pleasure for me as the manager of this trip to cooperate with you.
