Great location on the lower slopes.Service was friendly in the bars and restaurants. Attentive service. Ski rental was very convenient in the hotel, but you pay almost double for this per day rental. Good breakfast selections which are varied day to day.Night life is very limited and therefore you get a bit bored with the same lunchtime/evening menu. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and tidy. Great location for skiing. Easy to pop back if you forget anything. We all agreed that we would probably use it again if we returned to Jasna.

First of all thank you very much for your assistance in organizing our vacations at Jasna. We came back yesterday from Jasna and we are really happy for choosing hotel Druzba for our stay.
The services were excellent. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. We have had a problem with the car and staff of the hotel helped us a lot to find out the usefull information.
I want say warm words about the attitude and help by staff at ski rental. Instructor for skiing from hotel "Druzba" was also very competent and helpful.
Compliments to the cooks of the restaurant at the hotel Druzba. The food was delicious.
The best compliments to Druzba is that we are considering coming to this place again and we are proud to advertice it to our friends for staying in Jasna,

The transportation worked very well and we are now back home. I caught a cold and am at home with fever, but I cannot blame you for that.
Neither can I blame you for the weather. We had several days of snow and low clouds, which made skiing difficult. One of those days we went to the Aqua Park, which was very nice.
We found the hotel Druzba very good. We liked the traditional style more than some of the more modern hotels we visited during our stay in Jasna. The restaurant of hotel Druzba is excellent with enough variation for a week’s stay.
My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi-connection to the Internet worked only in the reception. In a **** room you expect access of this kind. I should not be difficult to install antennae also in the corridors of the newer part of the hotel.
In summary we found all your arrangements very satisfying.

Our stay was delightful. The hotel location was excellent. The room was quiet, clean and spacious.
Food was of a good quality and excellent value. One niggle was the habit of waiting staff of taking plates away too quickly. Let everyone at the table
finish, please.
Ski hire was reasonable with good quality skis, It was more expensive than we expected, but we probably expected too much.
Tuition from the ski school for beginner snowboarding was good, but we struggled to find an advanced ski instructor.

Everything was very good.
In my opinion it is the best hotel in this area. I mean among the "Junior", "Sorea" and "FIS". Because I could compare this hotels. That what I can say about the Druzba 4*. I can`t say something about 3*.
Maybe fast the same.
Breakfasts are wonderfull. A lot of special and tasty foods. Service. Suppers are not bad too for this money. Good room service. As matter of fact the location of this hotel is also very good.
In general it is all what you need for skiing holidays from staying. Another thing is weather.
By the way there are a lot of our contrymen (Ukraine and Russia) in this hotel by this time. The other part was from Poland.
So the staying in the hotel was great. 10 points. Only one small thing: not enough places for drying your ski boots, ski suits. But it is not a problem.

We have had a fabulous holiday.
Hotel Druzba was excellent, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff who spoke very good English, helped us with train and bus times. The wellness centre in the hotel was wonderful after a day on the slopes, 2 pools, jacuzzi bath, hot tub looking out over the slope and massage!!
The restaurant downstairs served good food, with live music and a roaring log fire - lovely.
The position directly on the ski slope was great..
I have stayed at 2 other hotels in the past couple of years in Jasna and Druzba is the only one I would go back to.
Once again thankyou for all your help.
I look forward to booking with you again next year and will recommend you to other people.
