Everything has gone very well. We arrived in Krakow after a good flight, retrieved our bags etc. very quickly and there was our driver waiting for us. The time has now passed all too quickly.
We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and everything has been fine. The skiing unfortunately has not been great due to the weather but it has not affected my enjoyment of the holiday. The spa here has been most enjoyable.
Thank you for arranging everything so well for us. When we return to Slovakia we will definitely get in touch with you again.

Dear Lenka,
Just returned from our trip to Germany & Slovakia. The Grand Hotel was great and a very good value.
(Everything we would expect from this quality of hotel.) We especially enjoyed the wellness center & spa. We spent a lot of time with the family while the kids went on several hikes through the Tatry mountains including Hrebionek & Solisko.
The ultimate was going to the peak of Lomnicky Stit.

We have just returned to Toronto today after a very long time away. We really liked the Grand Praha stay in every way--the room, the hiking, and the excellent service. We were treated very well by all of the women (and a couple of men) at the front desk. I wish I had taken down the name of the woman who was on the desk when we arrived because she was marvelous. We also really enjoyed the sauna, although we wished it had been included in the fee of course. The pool was gorgeous, too. We spent some time in Kosice as well and absolutely loved it.
